Nose: . Only 7% Cabernet Sauvignon made it into this year’s blend, selected from a lighter block which brings bright red fruits and just enough tannins to bolster the gorgeous mountain Merlot. Blueberry, cherry, some dried herbs like sage and a forest floor like character, allspice and a hint of cinnamon. Silky smooth tannins that linger, all framed in balanced acid with just a hint of fine oak.
